i’ve just phoned him.
he arrived at Huatugou last night. traveled alone for 74 days in changtang, then met people at last 3 days. he threw away bike in last few days before met people and walked with bag.
the most problem is walter, no drinkable water for nearly 1 month, live by snow, ice, salt water, even urine. then big river stopped way, and every day walked in river or marsh.
he nearly died several times, but he is out and alive now.

曾经55天雨季穿越雅鲁藏布大峡谷，曾经用简易的装备去探洞和漂流，都不曾为人知。
He has crossed Yaluzangbu Valley in raining season for 55 days, he has discovered caves and drifted with simple equipments, and few people knew his experience.
出来最好，消逝于茫茫羌塘也罢，他都是一个真正的英雄。
It will be best if he comes out from changtang, or he disappears in changtang, but he is always a real hero.

杨柳松已出羌塘，在花土沟，一个人走了74天，遇到人3天。最后几天扔了车背包出来。
最大的问题是水，近一个月没有淡水，靠冰、雪、咸水甚至尿维生，然后是大水断路，过河几次差点被冲走。历尽艰险，不过毕竟活着出来了。
这将是一个新记录，老外目前没有走60天以上的。50天之后人开始失控，包括老外在内也如此。
