要求
Location: Beijing
Main Tasks:
To facilitate the talent reviews process to activate the talent
development for CRO.
To ensure the talent review success and keep on reviewing the
effectiveness of the process.
To assist the competence module development and support the
communication and also alignment with the competence model.
To implement the talent development initiatives including
communication with the relevant stakeholders.
To implement the talent development program e.g. APIS 200 Program
on yearly basis, including launching, training, on-going communication, follow-up and collecting the development record in regard.
To design manager on board process and ensure its implementation
consistently over the organization.
To support the designing of processes and tools for leadership
development e.g. 360 feedback, mentoring, coaching, challenging meeting etc..
Embed NNWoM and company culture to the talent development programs.
To measures effectiveness and efficiency of the talent management
initiatives and ensure they support the business needs.
To coordinate both Regional HR Partner and Training consulter on
the project through preparing and delivering communicate and training about various updates (such as new process, use of competencies and use of talent development tool) during the various phases of the project plan i.e. launch, test, go live and further process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or relevant
disciplines.
Preferable Project management experience.
More than 3 years’ working experience in HR or training.
Being analytical and creative.
Being passionate to people development and open to change.
Very good communication skills in Mandarin and English to conduct
conversation with parties at different levels reporting Relationships.
Integrity and maintain confidentiality is a MUST.
